How many passengers can you seat?
Our Nissan Elgrand can seat up to 7 passengers.
If your group is greater than 7 feel free to contact us anyway and we will do our best to find a vehicle that can accomodate.
How much does it cost?
Your price will depend on how many hours you book with us, the distance required to travel between stops and your pick up + drop off location from our depot. Call/SMS 0484 612 168 or use our booking form to obtain a quote.
What is included in the price?
Your price includes having the vehicle and driver at your disposal for the day with bottled water provided on board. We will wait for you at each stop and take you to the places you want to visit. This does not include tastings fees or food which will always be at your own expense.
Can we chose our own venues?
Yes! Upon receiving your enquiry we will ask you if you have already got a list of destinations in mind. Once you tell us the places you would like to go we can schedule the itinerary in the best order so that you spend less time driving and more time enjoying the beautiful venues. We are also happy to help you out with recomendations if need or even plan the whole day for you!
Please note we will always try to pick the most time efficient routes and order to maximise the time you spend at each venue and minimise the time spent in the car. When making recommendations we will try to pick venues closer to each other and we recommend you try to do the same as it is a very big region and would rather see you spend your time and money enjoying the great venues rather than traveling on the road. However if your selected venues are very far apart we are still more than happy to accommodate but this may not be optimal for your day.
Are you dog friendly?
Yes! We allow you to bring your furry friends on board, please let us know when booking if you will be bringing them along.
Are you child friendly?
Yes! We have 3 anchor points for child seats in the vehicle. Child seats are to be supplied and fitted by the parents for safety.
Are you a 24 hour service?
Yes! We are a 24 hour service meaning we are open to accomodate requests at any time of the day and week. This includes extended hours tours and transfers at any time of day or night.
Please note this does not mean we will answer your request at any time of the day or night so we do recommend scheduling your request in advance. However you are always welcome to call us at any hour on 0484 612 168 and we will do our best to respond in a timely manner. We try to keep our phone line operational from 6am - 11pm everyday and sometimes later on weekends/high demand days.
Please note we currently have only the one vehicle in our fleet meaning your preffered time and date may not always be available and we may not always have a driver available to assit you straight away.
Is a deposit required?
Yes we do take a $50 deposit upon confirming your booking to secure the day for you. Your deposit is refundable providing you notify us at least 1 week in advance.
